This Excellent Vacation Home is of the Excellent Standard category. The villa is located near the intersection of the US Highway 27 and the western end of US Highway 192. Both the US27 and US192 intersect the Interstate 4 (I4) which runs from the West coast to the East coast of Florida. This gives great access to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts and the rest of Florida. The location gives you easy access to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World theme parks and some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining close by too. Everything you could possibly need is close at hand. This villa offers free high-speed internet plus free local, long-distance and international calling.

The villa has been furnished to a very good standard. The floor plan is open which keeps it cool and airy. There is a well fitted kitchen to the front of the villa, with view onto the dining and living area. From the hallway you have access to the laundry room, which then leads into the garage. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board are present too.

The open kitchen includes a full size oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.

The breakfast area is right in the kitchen. The dining room is right next to the kitchen. From the living room with built-in-wall radio, to enjoy popular tunes you have through the sliding patio doors access to the covered lanai. There you find the always inviting swimming pool, which is fenced in for your privacy. Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. Even more when listening to your favorite background tunes through the lanai’s built-in ceiling speakers. The pool is solar panel heated at no extra cost.

The living room houses an entertainment centre which has a large flat screen TV, a DVD and VCR player.

But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for those colder days.
