My family had a wonderful time.The rental location was close to all attractions.The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Excellent home in a convenient area to all activities and entertainment. Home is well maintained and is as advertised. Rooms are spacious and plesantly appointed. Management company is super responsive and courtious. This is truly a home away from home. We will look to rent this again during one of our next visits to the area.

Very nice, location great, I've always wanted to see an alligator somewhere other than, zoo and the pond across the road has two in it and we saw one lol!! The only thing we needed was a skimmer to clean bugs out of the pool!! We will definitely rent again!! 5�� property

Great would be over the extreme if there was fresh coat of paint and updated mattress! Highly recommend to future travelers!!!

This home is in a great spot in the neighborhood. The home is large and the amount of space was great. It needs a deep cleaning. The vent to the air conditioner was filthy. The light switches and plugs were very dirty. The beds and the living room furniture were not comfortable. We had to have service people come in four time to repair things. If the owners spent a bit of money with maintenance, this place would be great. I realize that it is a rental, but I shouldn’t need to clean when we arrive. If it was updated, and cleaned better I would recommend it.

We rented the house because we we attending a conference in Orlando. Although the house is a bit of a drive (about 30 minutes) from the Orange County convention center (I-drive) it is worth the extra time.
The value for money is excellent with a heated pool and hot tub. Nice rooms and good beds.
Also the service from Excellent Vacation homes is great.

We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties all were as they were portrayed in their photos, not the case this time. The house and pool/patio are laid out nicely. It has a beautiful view out the back of the pond area. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has a very good security system. Although dated, it’s tastefully decorated and was very clean. However, there are issues. The AC filter was impacted with dust and dirt an inch thick. The house has a bad odor which permeated our belongings. It has structural issues...cracks in the outer wall of the house in the patio area with moss and ferns growing in the cracks...mildew and dirt everywhere. On the inside of the house the wall has water damage along the baseboards and the plaster board is deteriorating. The living room furniture is not the same as pictured and is very uncomfortable as are the beds in the upstairs master bedroom and the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen and dining tables and chairs are very rickety and rather beat up. Only half of the bi-fold doors on the laundry area hanging, the other half are leaning against the wall. Half of the vertical blinds in the dining area over the patio door are missing. Sadly the house is not as pictured in the photos and seems to be left to rack and ruin.

Nice place. There needs to be more towels and wash cloths. The pool needs repair and we paid for heat but the pool never got warm. Called maintenance and he really didn’t want to come to the house. Also the washer needs to be cleaned, it left white stains on our clothes. Other then those items, it’s a nice place.

We needed a house for 6 people that was near our daughter's house. This was right down the street. The booking agent was very helpful with getting the house ready for us to arrive early and getting the pool heated. the rental processes was very easy and accurate

The Best Vacation Home I would recommend this property to anybody who wants to take a vacation or you just want to get away,but the only thing is its hard to get a cell phone signal in the house and the wifi is spoty other than that I would come back to this property

As an experienced FL renter for over 25 years, our overall stay was good. I would definitely consider other properties by this management company. They really offer great customer service. This is a large, well decorated home situated on corner lot. It is within easy driving between Davenport eateries and Disney plus Kissimmee area too. Convenient location is great. As compared to other properties we’ve stayed, the interior has minor dings and scrapes on walls where luggage was likely dragged that need TLC. There are a few amenities that could use updating. Although there were a lot of utensils in the kitchen we only found an odd collection of glassware. We would have appreciated some plastic glasses or plates for safe use around the pool. There were no pool towels either. We made do with bath towels but would have appreciated larger pool towels.
Appreciated the laundry but the washer was extremely noisy and the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. We also noticed that the vent hose was broken and actually open to house.
Since we’re from the north, we always look forward to having access to a pool and hot tub. We paid extra for pool heat but should have passed. The pool and spa are only heated to 86 degrees which rapidly cools during the night so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. While described as a hot tub/spa it was really just an extension of the pool with bubbles and too cool to enjoy. The first night we used the bubbles caused the water level to drop drastically in the spa area and move to the pool. We had to stop the bubbles and exit because the water level went nearly down to the jets. Lanai was nice but the screens need some TLC and patches. Some of the items I’ve addressed are minor and the house really is a good rental option for a large group. Four spacious bedrooms, three baths and plenty of community space too. Management calls were handled promptly and professionally.

We had a very nice vacation at the parks. The house was OK, we paid a little extra and loved the heated pool. But this house did need some maintenance work, and a could use a very good cleaning. Ants were a real nuisance. Got into our cereal boxes, and covered Thanksgiving pies! Construction waist and old furniture left in garage. Several ligts were out, and a couple outlets didn't work. We've stayed in many rentals homes, and have never consider ourselves to be very picky people. It was a good home but the ants and unclean areas were enough to make us check out a day early and head home to NC.
Can't say I would use this home again, but the company staff were very friendly, and did what they could. Also we need to remember that a hurricane blew threw this area about 6 weeks earlier, so they may be trying to catch up on all the needed repairs in all the homes.

The home was spotless!! The view of the pond with the gator was so entertaining. Pool and hot tub were perfect!! We loved the location and privacy!

The house was really nice and we had a pleasant stay. Just wasn't clean. We could see clearly the the cleaning job was not done. Just some make up.
Tre property managment company was very professional and able to help in case of any problem.
About the house just the kitchen could be a little more equiped.
Overall we did have a plesant time .
Definitly I would recomend and come back .

Ants were a real nuisance. Got into our cereal boxes, and covered Thanksgiving pies! Construction waist and old furniture left in garage. Several ligts were out, and a couple outlets didn't work. We've stayed in many rentals homes, and have never consider ourselves to be very picky people. It was a good home but the ants and unclean areas were enough to make us check out a day early and head home to NC.
Can't say I would use this home again, but the company staff were very friendly, and did what they could. Also we need to remember that a hurricane blew threw this area about 6 weeks earlier, so they may be trying to catch up on all the needed repairs in all the homes.

House was nice, great location to the parks. Pool was nice. We are a family who cooks a lot instead of eating out so the kitchen was a bit rough for us (no grill, no mixing bowls) but we made due with what was there. One day the microwave stopped working and we called the rental office, they came out right away and took care of the problem.

Also, I would have liked to park inside the garage (but this may not be standard so it's OK). The front door keypad was very hard to use, but not a huge issue either. Other than that, this BLEW away any hotel room. The privacy and multiple rooms made us feel like it was "our" home. We will certainly use again!

Nice place. Only complaints were the frying pans were terrible, and the Cooking stove only had two burners working. Probably would have used the pool but $196 for one week was a bit pricey.

( very hard) When we need help a quick phone call and all was solved. Pool was awesome a little cold but nice anyways. Wish I looked over some of the paper work better to have the hot tub water hot. Would have been nice after both days at the parks If we ever visit back in the Orlando area we will rent agian. Thanks for the great stay.

The house was really nice and we had a pleasant stay. Just wasn't clean. We could see clearly the the cleaning job was not done. Just some make up.
Tre property managment company was very professional and able to help in case of any problem.
About the house just the kitchen could be a little more equiped.
Overall we did have a plesant time .
Definitly I would recomend and come back .

Our AC stopped working during a week of 90 + degree weather. Called Excellent Vacation Homes and left a message. Received a call back within 5 minutes and the repair man was there within the hour. We didn't have to wait for the repair man so we went to the parks. Came home to a COOL house. :) I would definitely rent from Excellent Vacation Homes again!!!!

The house is in a very nice location across from pond. It could have been cleaner, carpet was very dirty and the fans and vents had huge amounts of dust on them. We noticed that the door seal on bottom of front foor showed a gap allowing bugs in. Other than items mentioned, house was in good shape had all the amenities and was comfortable.

We noticed that the door seal on bottom of front foor showed a gap allowing bugs in. Other than items mentioned, house was in good shape had all the amenities and was comfortable.

The house is in a very nice location across from pond. It could have been cleaner, carpet was very dirty and the fans and vents had huge amounts of dust on them. Had a great time. House had everything we needed and the pool was very warm. Only gave the home a 4 star for condition because I think bathroom flooring could use replacement (torn on the sides). Thanks for letting us stay in your great house!
