What I liked about the house is It’s cleanliness, beautiful decorations, and It’s location near the main theme parks and attractions in Orlando. The home entertainment is super cool . My kids loved the Video gamed and Netflix . The house is tidy and beautiful and there is nothing missing at all, thank you

I mentioned before that the master bathroom had an oder to it. I think the shower and shower curtains should have been gone over and cleaned before any guests arrived.

Was the perfect setup for our family. Close enough to the parks and just far enough away to get some quiet time. Management was great at responding. We had let them know there was an issue with the dryer and the next day they had a new one installed. Place was clean with a great setup to have the kids on the other side of the house from the master. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Grocery stores were close.

The house was as described an it provided you with all of the essential. My family and I love it the pool was wonderful and the area was nice and family orientated. Also, they did not have a barbeque on the premises, and they staff advised me that they have a company that rented them. I arrived Friday and left the on Monday. This place is great for those trying to avoid all the parks traffic and congestion.

For visiting the parks the location is very good because of the short distances.
The house and the interior is very very old it must have been renewed for such a fee/rent. The insect protection do not work because it is all damaged, at the pool and at all windows you cannot sit outside and you cannot open a window. The air inside is horrible because the furniture (the seating furniture smells ugly) is very old. Theres a lot of noise from the starting/landing planes nearby. The property must be very urgent renewed for further rental.

The house developed little black bugs on the kitchen counters and all over the master bedroom and bath while we were there.We only had snacks in plastic bags. The carpets were not vacuumed properly and the place needs a good cleaning. Expecially since it dark carpet and every little thing show up very clearly when not properly care for. Towel were like sand paper. The drains in the house all drain slow so you were standing in your dirty shower water by the time u finished. The kitchen sink cabinet underneath smells from water damage and mildew. Carpets need to be stretched wrinkles it. The place just needs some tlc. The location is 1 hour from Disney etc. traffic is awful.

We took a mini vacation for memorial day weekend checked in on Thursday and out on Monday and had a great time the home was excellent and the pool was awesome we enjoyed our stay very much . The only thing we were disappointed in was that the lawn was not mowed but someone came on Saturday and mowed it before we left on Monday . Our vacation was awesome we will come back and stay again .

we have rented homes in prior years,but this was the best place to check in and out that we have had. every thing is done over the internet,you don'thave to run around in the middle of the night to find keys to get into the house. I would recommend excellent vacation homes to anyone vacationing in Florida around the Kissimmee area.

It was the best vacation we've had in a long time. One of the main reasons was because of the house that we rented. My parents and another group stayed at the wyndom resorts at disney world. When they came to visit us they were jealous and shocked when they saw the place. It was very nice, clean, spacious, it felt like home! Our stay in Kissimmee was made so much better because we chose to rent a home away from home instead of a staying on a hotel. It was very nice to have our own space to relax in at the end of each day.

We felt so comfortable walking into the nicely prepared house in a quiet neighbourhood. The front room was very welcoming with its couch and chairs and very nice Yamaha electric piano.

The house was clean. Everything was prepared so nicely and professionally for our arrival. There was even dishwasher and laundry soap left for us, and a few supplies from prior renters that were appreciated.

Questions and minor problems were taken care of quickly by the staff at EVH. Twice they sent men out the same day we contacted them.

The pool was excellent, the solar heater works very well, keeping the water always at a nice, warm temperature.

I would recommend this house without hesitation. We found the location convenient to the airport, SeaWorld, and freeways to get to either coast. Get a Sunpass while there if you are going to drive much.

The minor caveats I would tell a friend are these:

- There was only one HDMI cable and when we arrived it was looped to both inputs of the TV, so it helps if you understand how to move the cable between the cable box and DVD player so you can enjoy high resolution video on both. It would be nice if they got a second HDMI cable so both could be hooked up.

- The sectional couch has electric foot rests on the ends. There is a small button on the side that you might miss (as we did).

- Be prepared for the alarms mounted atop the pool doors. It is a bit startling if you don't know they are there. We shut them off while there and turned them back on when leaving.

- The trash and recycling bins are outside the house, not in the garage, but conveniently out of sight on the side of the garage.

- There is no stereo. Bring headphones if you want music.

The house is very well maintained, the pool very clean;but the pool solar heat never came on, at least I never felt the water warm. One of the kids mattress needs to be replaced ASAP in order to use it. But in overall our family like the house itself, very clean, very good furniture, perfect A/C, nice and quiet neighborhood.

From the time of booking the house right up to arriving, I was very pleased with Kristine and her team. The house was very clean inside and out. Not far from anything you wanted to do and the pool in the backyard was great. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to Kissimmee, Florida and would stay here again next time I visit.
