The villa was perfect t for our family (2 young girls). Plenty of space, clam and tidy. <br/><br/>Pool area really good and would have no hesitations staying again.<br/><br/>Rem was really helpful with any questions, check in / out really easy.

Excellent and professional follow up from staff . Home was clean well stocked and location excellent. Only downside was no hand rails to get in or out of pool or hot dog. As a senior this was significant and did not allow for us to utilize either.

We had an amazing time! The host was easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were amazing! All the bedrooms were comfortable.

The house was great a bit dated , which I knew about however the leather sofa had a few rips and was covered with tape. The worst was the linens were stained the pillows were very stained . They need to upgrade the linens and replace all of the pillows .<br/>

It was exactly what we were looking for

Perfect for a family of 7 over Christmas to relax in between the parks. The home was spacious and well equipped. The kids loved the pool and hot tub spa even when the weather got a little cooler. The area of Windsor Hills was great for walks too. Such a fantastic location so close to Disney. Company was very helpful in all interactions both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The house is in a great location and has a nice resort pool and a safe environment. We enjoyed the comfort of the house and the pool and hot tub.<br/><br/>The house needs deep cleaning along the baseboards and there were two beds with hairs on the pillow cases and long hairs on the bath mats. There was a pile of old, mildew covered cushions and rafts piled up on the deep end side of the pool and also an old broken grill leaning on the pool screen. The biggest complaint was about the cleanliness of the house and pool and that the bed comforters are very dated and need to be replaced.

We stayed the week of March 11th-18th. First off, Rem from Excellent vacation is great and responds quickly to any emails sent. Great communication during renting process and arrival. As for the house itself, I will try to be factual, please keep in mind this review is based on our opinion and expectations based on previous rentals. The layout is great as the master is secluded. The house is older, and the furniture and carpets are worn. The beige carpets need to be changed in all bedrooms. Master bath sink and shower have hard water stains/buildup. The sink is old and cheaper and doesn&#x2019;t look that clean because of the material. Although the King bed is very comfy, I bought new sheets as the ones on the bed felt grungy to me. The pink room shower had minimal pressure, so my daughter used the main bathroom shower. Queen room bed was comfy and sheets ok. One of the couches is damaged with tape covering it up. They are uncomfortable due to very hard armrest you can feel through the pillow, so be careful when laying back. Kitchen is basic but with what is necessary to cook some meals. The most basic coffee machine I&#x2019;ve ever seen. No auto-shut off either, so be aware. Washer and dryer are older as well but work well. Pool is lovely and we&#x2019;re glad we got the heat. Spa took over 30 min to heat up to a hot temperature. The spa could use a good cleaning under the edge as well as a regrouting. No issues with pool water and we noticed it was cleaned on a day we were not home. Patio could use a good sweep due to lots of food debris, but I get that the cleaner is alone and limited for time. Overall, the house felt older and could use an update. We would not rent it again and feel it was pricey for an older home. We still enjoyed our time as the location was good for the parks. It&#x2019;s an incredibly busy area, and at peak times you need to be patient leaving the resort as there are no lights at the entrance and traffic is fast! H

Our family spent the month of february and enjoyed every minute. We had plenty of room for everyone and truly enjoyed spending time in the lanai. The location was very quiet with easy access to all attractions and services. I will say that the management company provided outstanding support with all issues promptly dealt with. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Rem was awesome to work with and a really nice guy. Property was just as pictured and was perfect for our family of four. House was very spacious and so much better than cramming into a hotel room. Kids enjoyed both private pool and on-site water park. Property is nice and close to the Disney Parks so we were able to take a mid-day break when we wanted to without losing a lot of time. Very close to Wal-mart for your weekly shopping needs.I highly recommend this property and the management company. We will be back!

Excellent Vacation Homes is so easy to work with. They took care of every detail. The house was exactly as described and well taken care of.

My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. The kids had so much fun going from the pool to the water park and back. Only 2 things I'd change. 1. A new pack n play. 2. Clean the track by the sliding doors. We found some bugs and the kids freaked out.

Wonderful home with a great pool and very close to Disney. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for any meals we wanted to prepare. Three nice couches that were very comfortable. The picture only shows two but they have added a third one. It was great not having any neighbors behind you. I would definitely recommend this home!

We arrived on a Sunday and found the home clean and ready for occupancy. The pool needed a little TLC as there were quite a few very small bugs floating on the surface. We used the net to get most out. My son-in-law loves projects so he ended up cleaning the sides and bottom of the pool so that it was really nice. I'm sure if we'd asked the management that they would have taken care of it but it gave my son-in-law something to do on our non-park day! A couple of ceiling fans would have taken the pool area to the next level. The common areas and 2 twin rooms stayed nicely cool, the King BR got a little warmer, and the front Queen BR got very warm but was tolerable if the fan was on high. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed to make light meals and all appliances worked well.<br/>This home made our non-park days very enjoyable. We went to the community pool twice just to do the slides but found our pool much more satisfying for relaxing and enjoying family time. I always received a prompt answer to any questions I had when contacting the property managers while planning this trip. It was an easy drive to all the Disney Parks from this location but traffic could be quite heavy on Hwy 192. I suggest taking the Sherberth Rd route when returning from the parks so you don't have to cross 5 lanes of traffic in a short distance to get to the turn to WH. Overall, we loved staying here!<br/><br/>.

We stayed in this house for almost 4 months during COVID and it was a welcome respite from the city. The view in the back was one of the things we enjoyed most. Lots of bird watching throughout the day. The house was in a quiet area and even when there were neighbors (which was rare) it was manageable for us to do our work. Rem took care of every question we had promptly and we enjoyed our stay.

My family loved staying at this house rental on our Disney trip. Very good location. The layout of this house was perfect and the furniture and decorations were outstanding. Kitchen well furnished. Plenty of bed and bath linens. 4 Bathrooms were a great comfort. Hot Tub was wonderful. However, with weather conditions, heated pool never got warm enough for my taste. We look forward to coming back soon.

Windsor Hills resort is great as usual. The house is in reasonable good condition. Plus points: good price, nice view of lake,floor was clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Minus points: masterbedroom matress is worn out,backbreaking-we slept on the floor, lots of dust everywhere, one of the cooking element does not work(stove), bbq set in garage is full with molds and dirt (throw it away!),I had to email to ask for entrance security code.

From start to finish it was easy to book this rental and the information provided was spot on. The rental villa itself was situated in a perfect place close to all Disney parks and great location to local amenities.the villa grounds were spotless and well kept and the local pool was fantastic.would highly recommend

Home is a pure rental so everything is done on the cheap. No kitchen food supplies at all! No salt/pepper etc. Minimal plastic ware for outside use. Some TP/paper towels and hotel size soap. Could use ceiling fans over kiitchen table and under lanai. It's South facing so something to move air is needed in Summer. Had to request multiple times to get spa heat turned up to usable (Over 100) temp. No remote garage door opener. Makes leaving vehicle to enter house in rain very wet. It's ok but you could do better. You have to order pool/spa heat at reservation time it's not included in prices. Great location. CLose to Disney, shopping, eating etc. Resort gate opening system is very difficult to use.

Great location and near everything you would want to do in Disney. Roads are easy accessible. House is gorgeous and accommodates everything you need. I would definitely go back to this establishment when needing to stay in Orlando.

A few things for travelers to know: the check in for the home is at the gate of Windsor Hills, which is very convenient, the air needs to be set at 75 or above, per the host, there is plenty of baby equipment in the house, and check out is very straightforward. The home itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect house in a great gated community. The house was perfect with a good size pool and jacuzzi.<br/>The community is great. Gym, pool, water slide, supermarket with fastfood, tennis, basketball and other things to do if you feel like it.<br/>Had a small issue with the pool, contacted the owners that sorted the problem the same day. Cant be happier with the stay, looked better in real life then the pictures did.

The house was in a perfect location. We went to Universal, Sea World and Disney and the drive to all was convenient. The community pool and surrounding area was very nice. The house was a little dated but we were on the go so much it really didn't matter. It really was too cold to get in the house pool even in the middle of July but didn't want to pay the 25/day to keep it heated. We would definitely rent from Windsor Hills Retreat again and even this house!

The furniture was very dated and scratched. Could definitely use an upgrade. The towels for the pool smelled musty. It would have been nice to have a roll of Saran Wrap or Foil provided in the kitchen. Some of the dishes appeared dirty. No ceiling fans in the lanai in this rental. However, we had a low battery in one smoke detectors and had a good response time to get it fixed. Overall, average house.

It was the lowest level home I have rented there in Windsor Hills. I have rented 9 other times in the pat several years. We had ants, which the extemernator did come out and take care of. The Poll heat wasn't working when we got there. Took 3 calls. The internet didn't work. We figured it out that the information in the house manual was old and incorrect. We lost 3 days of internet use. The Air conditioning for the house was programed not to go below 72 degrees. There where no trash bags in the house. The main TV was at least 15 years old (projection type). There where no games or anything left for the kids to do. My kids did like the "Goofy gifts they received" Over all there are much nicer places to stay in this area.

We were somewhat disappointed by the house. It really needs some investment from the owners. The sheets we slept on were pilling (also the spare once in the cupboard). The beds sleep okay, but everything is rather dated.
