Q. How do I reserve my vacation home?

A. You can book online using our secure reservation system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations are confirmed within 24 hours after submitting online; you will be contacted via email by a Rental Agent and will receive a Rental Agreement for your review and signature online. If you would prefer to reserve by telephone, you can either call us at (407) 870-2242 or (800) 441-1834 (menu option 1, for Reservations). Once you make your reservation, we will ask for a non-refundable down payment with a minimum of $200, which will be applied towards your total reservation balance due, plus the premuim for your Travel Insurance policy if you have chosen to purchase Travel Insurance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are already within the 30 day window, we will ask for the entire payment in full when making the reservation.

Q. How do I access the home once I arrive?

A. Check-In is anytime after 4PM and you proceed directly to your vacation home. There is no need to come to our office at all. All our vacation homes are equipped with keyless access front door locks, for which you will receive a personal PIN code, specific for your stay dates, about 7 days prior to your arrival. This allows you to access the property anytime after 4PM on your arrival date. Running late in traffic? Flight delayed? No worries, your home will be ready with the lights on, waiting for you.

Q. What time is Check-Out?

A. Check-Out time is no later than 10AM. Again no need to tarvel to our office. Simply punch in the check-out code on the keyless access front door lock and our office will instantly know you have vacated the property. You will be on your way in no time.

Q. If I have a concern during my stay, how do I contact you?

A. We are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM) for your convenience. Please call (407) 870-2242 or (800) 441-1834 (menu option 2, Guest Services). We are also available after hours, for emergencies such as an Air Conditioner having stopped working. Please call our office number, again menu option 2, Guest Services, and choose to be connected to the after-hours duty manager. We gladly assist, 24/7.

Q. What is included in the vacation homes?

A. The vacation homes are fully furnished, and all the linens and towels are provided. The kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. As the homes are self catering, you will need to bring your own toiletries. We provide paper products and laundry and dish detergent for the first day to give you a head start.

Q. Is the home I booked on the internet the home I will stay in?

A. Yes, you will rent the exact property you booked on the website.

Q. When will I receive check-in instructions?

A. Arrival instructions will be sent via email, including the keyless access door code, all sent automatically 7 days before your date of arrival.

Q. What do I need to know about pool heat?

A. If the home you will be staying at offers pool heating, the cost is $25 a day plus taxes. Pool heating season runs from October to April and we strongly recommend purchasing it well before your arrival date. When pool heating is purchased, the heater is set to warm the pool up until 86-88 degrees. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night.

Q. Is parking available for multiple cars?

A. Please call our Guest Services in advance of your arrival to be informed about the parking availability for the home you are renting.

Q. Is there shopping and restaurants near by?

A. Yes, all of our homes are conveniently located close to grocery stores, drug stores, retail shops, local eateries and popular restaurants. Q. How do I get attraction tickets?

A. We have partnered up with Kissimmee Guest Services (1-877-273-5636). The team there is just as dedicated to providing you with help, advice, and tips as we are, and they are always in the know of the best deals out there, best matching your family's preferences based on party size, age groups, time of year you are visiting, and more. Q. What time is check-in and check out?

A. Check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m. and you may go directly to your vacation home as we do not require an in-office check in. Check-out time is anytime before 10 a.m.

Q. Do you offer travelers insurance?

A. Yes we do. We offer travel insurance that will cover trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay (daily limits apply) and emergency assistance. The cost is 6.95% of your nightly rate including tax. The payment is non-refundable and may not be purchased after arrival. No coverage is in force unless payment has been made for this plan.
