Perfect Pool Paradise is situated in the gated community of Cypress Pointe. Close to Walt Disney World and all the major Orlando attractions. Great 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom with oversized pool and other upgrades, this property truly has it all : Location, Comfort, Lots of space - and the Largest pool in the neighborhood!

This spacious 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom home occupies a prime, private end-lot location in a quiet cul-de-sac. With 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen and 3 Twins there is space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. Unique features which set it apart from typical rental homes.

Luxury outdoor living.

The extremely large custom pool (35 feet long) is much larger than the norm at rental homes, making it a focal point for your visit to the sunshine state. The pool is complemented by dual air blowers in the heated spa for truly bubblicious bathing (pool and Spa heat optional, at an extra charge).

The oversize deck area includes a shaded lanai with ceiling fans, and an outdoor dining table with seating for eight. (Indoors there is a 4 seater casual dining table, an 6 seater formal dining table, as well as breakfast bar seating).

The end lot site also benefits from added privacy (with fencing around two sides of the yard), and an oversize driveway (with parking space for four to six cars, PLUS a double garage).

In the evening, there is additional in-pool lighting.

All the comforts of home.

The master bedroom has a feature King bed; the 2nd bedroom also has a King, and the 3rd has a queen. The remaining 3 bedrooms have 2 Twins each. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and all King and Queen beds have pillow-top mattresses.

As well as the 55" LCD screen in the spacious double-height ceiling family room, ALL bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen LCD TVs - including 43" screens in the Master and second King

The home is decorated with original artworks by Florida artists.

Fully equipped kitchen (but there are also many restaurants nearby, many with takeout or delivery service)

Also available for guest use is a competition grade 8' pool table.

Tech Heaven

The main family room has a 55" wall mounted high def LED Smart TV screen which is hooked up to Spectrum cable service (for hundreds of digital channels and multiple streaming services, and a DVD player.

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. We LOVED it again! Our grown kids came down and stayed for some of our stay. They completely loved the pool! We were able to have 6 adults and a teenager comfortably in the house and including having a ‘home office’ set up.

As always the service from the staff is incredible and I look forward to staying with Excellent Vacation Homes in the future!

This Villa is in a secure gated very quiet community and in an excellent location for getting around and to all attractions. The Villa itself was spacious and the pool was beyond our wildest dreams and much better in real life. There was a couple of slight issues with the property it was a bit dated inside, upgrades are needed to furniture and appliances. It was short of lining but Rem was brilliant and got some delivered to us within 48hrs. The bedrooms were great however one room did have dead bugs among the bedsheets and Dentifloss was found on the floor in the same room. Other than these little issues we was very happy with the Villa and would recommend and would happily stay there again in the future.

House had plenty of rooms and parking for our 4 cars. Very close to entrance gate but in isolated area with 3 houses around cul-de-sac. Location is bit away from attractions taking local roads, as I4 exit is very backed up getting on or off. Excellent Vacation maintenance responded quickly to couple plumbing and cable TV service issues at beginning which made rest of stay much more enjoyable. Furniture is a little dated but comfortable enough for large group. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and more pots and pans than others we've stayed in. Pool area was extra large with room for chairs around all sides and outdoor eating area which was nice. Would easily stay here again.

Overall the location was ok, the ceilings in the master bathroom were leaking water the entire time, the bathroom in the master bathroom was not as clean, check in was good my card was charged 35. dollars during that I was not aware of. the hot tub was not hot we were not told we had to pay a fee to get hot water in the hot tub

Everything was great. The only problem was that the kitchen was full of small roaches, we were constantly killing them and washing down counters, throwing away bread, etc. Other than the roaches, the home was wonderful. We will be renting again.

My stay with my family was good , I was expecting it to be clean . The garage had trash . The pool table cover was on the floor . Missing things from kitchen that are a must to have . The bedroom my children stayed in had left over oranges someone must of left. The pull out couch smelled like pee . Under the couch there was a spoon , a childrens food pouch and pacifier. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness from this home. Although it lacked in cleanliness it was very close to parks and restaurants.

The location was great. My family enjoyed the layout of this house. The booking process was pretty seamless - we had one very minor issue and Rem solved it immediately. During our 3 1/2 week stay we didn’t have any issues. Our favorite feature was the pool - it really is a great pool! Another excellent vacation stay provided by Excellent Vacation Homes!

Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

This house is alright. It is pretty tired. Needs new carpet (I'd install hard surface all over) as it's VERY stained/dirty. The furniture is getting very tired also. One dining chair was broken, my daughter sat on one of the twin beds and the foundation broke and she's far from overweight. Possibly add more furniture in the empty loft as we didn't have enough for everyone when lounging around. The house needs more places to hang bath towels, more kitchen utensils and kitchen linens in general. They had the dining room table set and the dishes on that table were filthy. We ran them through the dishwasher. I can only guess that they didn't get washed or they're never used and have just sat on that table for an extended period of time. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth every penny. It was toasty and any spare time was spent there. We stayed at this home for the large driveway as we had to park 3 cars. I read previous reviews and it seemed they were going to fix current issues but have not. As someone who frequently uses VRBO/HomeAway type rentals my advice is to update your property. It will help in getting people to come back. I would only recommend if the property was updated. There are just so many others to choose from in the same price range.

My family spent Christmas at this property last year.I must say we were more than pleased with the home. It had more than enough space and everyone was comfortable.The owner was very responsive and responded promptly to all emails sent during my stay, the area was very quiet, just what we needed. We had planned to spend alot of time on the road exploring orlando. But every one was so comfortable we didn't wanna leave the House. I will definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic house great pool. five minutes to a grocery store 30 minutes to all attractions in Orlando and 1 hour to Busch Gardens we only had a couple of issues dining room chair broke when a child set on it Chair wasn’t fixed from a prior review air-conditioner insufficient for the size of the home recommend this house to anyone

We had a GREAT week at the "Perfect Pool Paradise" the grandkids loved the pool...we spent hours in it! The layout of the house worked really well for our family. Kristine at the office was great to work with...she answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely book this house again!

Over all it was a good vacation home. It was in a great location. Had a great pool and spa. Close to the parks. We only had two problems during our stay, 1- the kitchen cooking equipment was below standard. 2- we had a visit from the exterminator, which we were not told about.he came in the house while people in the house were still sleeping.

He typically does not go into any of the homes until well after 9 a.m., as in our experience most guests will have woken up by then and are already out and about visiting the theme parks, etc. We do appreciate your feedback on this and have shared it with the pest control service. We stayed at this home for 10 days as a family of eight. It definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, the pool, and the overall size of the house. There were a few things that needed updated like maybe some paint on the walls and the pillows need to be thrown away and replaced. Overall the house was very clean though. I love the privacy fence in the back! We would definitely return

This was a beautiful 6 bedroom house in a small gated community on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a large pool and is 1.3 miles from Publix, CVS and other stores. Disney was close by. The house had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay there and were very comfortable. The property management team were wonderful and extremely helpful.

This place fit all of our needs. 12 family came to FL for my Capella Graduation. we we're reluctant due to location. However, this place was awesome. The location was well lit, and spacious for an age group or 40_50 yr olds. I would definitely rent from excellent vacations

The house was perfect for our vacation! It was roomy and really had everything you need. The pool is the best part of this vacation home. It’s big and we were in it every single day for most of the day. The house is in a great location, within minutes from stores and restaurants. The house is a little out dated but it was very clean and provided us what we needed for a week stay! We had 9 people with us and not one had a complaint about the home. One of the screens above the pool flung off during a quick storm and they had someone out the next day to fix it. There was some issues with the garbage being left for a few weeks but as soon as we called about it they told us not to worry. I would highly recommend this home. It might not be up to date with the latest furniture but for a vacation home it was perfect.

I was a little disappointed with our vacation home. It was a beautiful property with a large pool, but it’s no trouble to see that it’s been well used. Carpets need replacing, walls need a fresh coat of paint and baseboards need a good cleaning. Overall, it needs a good professional clean. And some dishes that was in the cupboards were dirty I’m guessing from previous occupants. But beds were very comfortable and clean. And it’s a great location.

We had family and friends from North and South Florida. The location was very accessible to Parks and restaurants. The home met our expectations. The home was nicely appointed with multiple sets of dishes but cooking utensils such as baking dishes was sparse. A gas grill would have been nice also.

This was the perfect house for our visit to Orlando and disney nearby.
Big house with large space.
Very nice with 4 bathrooms when you are 11 persons and everyone got their own bed (no extra beds).

We were incredibly happy with this home. It provided the space we needed and all the amenities. It was conveniently located within 20 minutes or so of the parks and in a very quiet neighborhood. There were grocery stores, restaurants and drug stores located with just minutes of the home. We really enjoyed the screened in pool in the evenings. The home was immaculate, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Loved it. Tons of space for our family of 11 and super sized pool (beats any of the smaller plunge size pools we have seen before). House was very clean and management compnay was very helpful when we lost internet for a few hours. Would definitely stay again.

House very nice and clean. Great pool, almost too warm with the pool heat, did not want to get out ;-) Good connection to all the parks, and easy drive to Clearwater beach. Would definitely stay again!

My kids were very excited. But most of all the kids loved the pool. We only had 1 small problem with the door lock but the property manager solved the problem really quickly. It is a nice neighborhood and very quiet and safe. We look forward to coming back. Thank you very much for the stay.

The house worked very well for us. The pool area was great. Home was well put together and in a great location. I would reccommend this home to others . Just bring extra blankets.

Rental experience was amazing. Super easy booking and wonderful contact with the management company. Once we got to the house it was exactly what we were looking for. Large and roomy and had a super nice pool. Perfect for our family vacation and all of us to get together. Nice and relaxing and really close to everything without being right in all of the hustle and bustle. The house was very clean. Carpet was a bit worn but clean so it was fine. Everything you need under one roof. Felt very safe and secure with the security system. Will definitely stay here again next year with our family. Nice quiet area and gated community without to many houses in it.

We were looking for a weekend away during spring break and found this rental. The house was great. Very clean and just as pictured. All of our questions and concerns were answered very quickly. We had no problems with our stay. The location was close enough and far enough from everything. We would stay here again.

We rent a vacation home at least once a year. This is one of the better homes that we've rented. There were plenty of household supplies. The patio was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, the garage however needed a little more attention. Parking was easy! There were plenty of spaces for 6 cars to park. The home was perfect for our mini vacation!
