With 2 King bedrooms (on left hand side of the house, one overlooking the pool area, the other one overlooking the front lawn), 1 Queen bedroom (on left hand side of the house) and 1 Twin bedroom (on right side of the house), there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or to just relax and stay in. The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. Iron board and iron are present too.

A lovely vocational rental close to the disney area. Happy to be here again. The property was clean but the maintenance was a little disappointing this time. The dishwasher broke up, and their was more maintenance around the pool then regular.

Peaceful 11 day vacation well spent! This was our third time renting with EVH and the high level of standard is well kept for this 10 year era. The house fulfilled our expectations and management was easily and quickly reachable if needed. Would be happy to revisit this house any time in the future, it provided a safe and great experience for our party of four. The furniture is a bit dated and cabinets in the kitchen have seen mileage, but this did not affect our level of satisfaction.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and kids loved the pool. Although the clubhouse is great, we loved staying in and enjoying our own pool.
We had a little issue with wifi and the management company was quick to reply and try to resolve the issue.
We got to the property at 1:00am with kids and didn't have a chance to pick up any groceries. My suggestion would be to have 2-3 small complimentary bottles of water, so guests don’t have to feel rushed to run to the store and pick up things.
Another suggestion would be to add door handles to the kitchen cabinets as it was hard to open them, pulling from the sides. You can see the paint chipped away because everyone grabs them at the corners when opening.
I would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back.

First the good. Parking, gathering space was big and comfortable, bedrooms were good. needs help: remove carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, many light do not work in rec room and had to us phone lights to play air hockey, pool pump and heater are very loud and does not heat the hot tub to above luke warm, kitchen cabinets are peeling, handles on all knives were greasy.. Never used the pool as it was not heated enough even though I paid for the heat. Just needs overall updateing.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s close to the parks and to grocery stores. It was spacious for our needs and had plenty of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. The pool and hot tub was wonderful, especially after a long park day. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware that made cooking easy. I would only suggest that they look into getting some new pans, as they have seen better days. It was very clean as well and the management company was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Everything was just great. Contacted the owner before choosing them to confirm that we could smoke on the patio. There was no way we were going to be renting a house where we would have to walk to the middle of the street to smoke. Great area right by the pool.

We did pay the $25/day for hearing the pool and hot tub. Well worth it, used both every day.

Great location. Very nice large pool club house, though we only visited once, opting for the pool at the house.

House laid out great for the 7 of us, each bedroom has it's own bath.

So close to everything. Gated community is quiet and well-kept. Check-in was a breeze; the house was beautiful and well-appointed. We paid for the heated pool and hot tub and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Our stay was great! Location was close to everything we needed. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. We would stay again!
The only minor issue that we had is that there is no ladder/handrail to get in and out of the pool which proved to be a little challenging for the older vacationers on our trip but we managed ok. The main resort pool is a great alternative for that as it is a walk-in.

The home was very clean, spacious and very welcoming for my husband and daughter’s family of two young boys.
The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and pots, so eating in was very enjoyable.
The pool was very lovely too, clean and well maintained.
We would definitely return.
What made it even better was the excellent service the property manger did.
Whenever we called with a question, they were there for us promptly and courteously.

We had a fantastic experience. The reservation team was very good to work with. The house was everything they promised and more. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were so impressed with everything about this home. Our teenagers were thrilled with the pool, hot tub, and game room (that we somehow missed when booking, so it was a nice surprise). It was clean, spacious, and very tastefully updated. The community pool/clubhouse was also very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the washer/dryer daily.

It was also super convenient to both Disney and Universal. We plan to return again.

Our family enjoyed this home for a number of reasons. The layout and space allowed everybody time to be together but also to have personal space. We loved the private pool and enjoyed our evenings outside in the screened in patio. The decor and quality of the furnishings was nice, festive and comfortable.
We also enjoyed the community pool in the small market.
Management was very responsive when we messaged them and we appreciated their flexibility.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, crisp and inviting. The private pool and spa were our favorite features. The game room could be improved, but overall great for kids.

The house was nice but needed significant TLC. The first day we arrived, I realized there was poop on the shower curtain from the Star Wars room. Immediately after, it was changed. The housekeeper stated they do a quick turnaround from person to person they don't have time to thoroughly clean, which was concerning with Covid. They have people in and out. The security desk and management were good; if you want visitors, you must let security know so they get a parking pass or won't go in. On the last day, we saw many red bugs in the pool area and house, which was concerning. The sofas also had stains. I didn't make big deal because it was last day and just wanted to go. I don't think I would stay in this house again but it was an okay experience.

Everything was as stated. We love the location - we could walk to the club house or walk to the putting green, volley ball and basketball. Plenty of room and things to do. The only thing I was looking for and didn't see was a skimmer for the pool - I like to clean the little bugs out.

Our home was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location to Disney Parks, shopping and Grocery stores! We had a problem with out hot tub when we got there but the management took care of it very fast and efficiently so we could use it while on vacation. I will definitely come back to this property because of the great service and beautiful home. Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious, clean, luxurious vacation home. The terrace with swimming pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. Game room was greatly appreciated by our teenage boys. We would most definitely return here in the future :)

I have stayed at Windsor Hills Resort at least 10 times in the last 15 years. The House (SUNSHINE DREAMS)was outstanding - clean very and close to all resort amenities. This resort is in an exceptional area if your doing parks, restaurants and shopping. The resort pool and gym however are way to small for the amount of people there. Saying it was overcrowded is an understatement, you cannot swim in the pool or do a workout unless you are there at the crack of dawn. If you are not interested in the resort pool or the fitness room this property has everything you need.

We had a really nice stay at Sunshine Dreams! My kiddos enjoyed the game room and were surprised to find a PlayStation! We have a 4 year old and was happy to find we could still sit on the patio with the pool closed off(the netted barrier). The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. There is even baby equipment (pack n play, highchair, stroller) that isn't advertised or shown. The community pool is amazing. Overall, we loved the property. 15 mins from the driveway to the parking lots of the Disney Parks. We can't wait to visit again.

We loved the house with our private pool and hot-tub. The four bedrooms with connecting bathrooms were very well decorated and gave everybody a lot of privacy. The community pool with water slides was so much fun for the kids. The location of Windsor Hills is superb, close to Disney, Walmart and other shops.

We stayed at Sunshine Dreams October 2019. The property was clean and comfortable with ample linens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and serveware. We did not heat the pool or hot tub, but found both enjoyable nonetheless. The house comfortably held 6 adults and 2 young kids. The best part was the location! Minutes to Disney and right down the street from Walmart and TONS of restaurants, super convenient! The on-site water park was fun for our 5 year old (and my husband and I too!) and we had our own private screening at the on-site movie theater. The rental company was more than accommodating for an early check-in. Only complaint, I wish the showers had a little more water pressure. But overall, a great house where lots of fun family memories were made!

Beautiful home, great location and community with great amenities. Property pictures and description matched what was online. Property was clean and well maintained. We did not need to call customer service. I would recommend this home to families with children and adults travelling together and would be happy to rent it again. We like to go to Bruno's and Charley's when down in the area. Cheddars from Scratch is a new place which we tried and enjoyed as well. Great onion rings and the croissants they give you upon seating are worth the trip alone.

I have to admit the home was not what we expected. The fact we had to pay extra to turn the pool heat on was disappointing as was the condition of the entire home.
