Description

This great villa is situated on Oneida Loop, in the Indian Creek sub-division, Kissimmee, just off exit 64 of the Interstate 4 (I4) and SR429. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World (only 3 miles), Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks, plus some of the world’s best golf courses. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.

The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. The great floor plan places the family room right in the middle of the kitchen, dining room, 5 bedrooms, game room and the pool area.

Upon entering the villa, on your right hand side there is the first bedroom with Queen bed, 40" flat screen TV and closet. Then there is a bathroom with vanity, shower tub and toilet. On the left hand side, you will find the "garage", converted into a game room with Foosball table, Pool Table, Basketball hoops, and other games.

Walking straight ahead you will find the open, well fitted kitchen with a breakfast table (4 seats) on the right; the spacious dining area with large table (8 seats) is on your left. The kitchen includes a full size oven, built-in microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – everything you could want in your home away from home.

Then there is the large family room with plenty seating space. It has a large, 50" flat screen TV with digital cable, and DVD player. All bedrooms are located around this family room. To the left you find the "Finding Nemo" bedroom with 2 Twin (single) beds, 32" flat screen cable TV, and closet. Then there is a bathroom with vanity, shower tub and toilet. This bathroom is shared with the next bedroom (Disney Princesses), with again 2 Twin (single) beds. This one too has a 32" flat screen cable TV, and a closet.

On the right in the rear you will find the Master bedroom, with King bed, 50" flat screen cable TV with DVD Blue-ray player, closet and en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a garden tub, large walk-in shower, dual vanity, extra closet space, toilet and direct pool access too. This direct pool access is a very convenient feature; step right from the pool deck into your bathroom for a quick shower after that refreshing swim. Towards the rear on the left there is a second Master bedroom, with King bed, 50" flat screen cable TV, closet, and en suite bathroom, with vanity, shower tub, toilet and again direct pool access.

The inviting pool & hot tub are also accessible from the family room, through French (double) doors. The whole pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. The pool safety fence helps protect our youngest guests, together with the alarms installed on all doors leading to the pool deck. The pool and hot tub can be heated (optional, at an extra cost).

Near the game room there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Iron and iron board are present too.

As Excellent Vacation Homes is the local management company looking after this property 365 days a year, any technical or other issue is usually prevented before it even gets a chance to develop. But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for those colder days.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property, the location was just 15 to 20 minutes from the parks and 5 mins from Walmart perfect! The rooms were large and beds very comfortable the kitchen had everything we needed. Only a few issues worth mentioning.
Firstly the alarms on the pool doors were not working which was a worry as we had small children with us however we made use of the pool screen.
Some of the kitchen plug socket weren't working and neither was the toaster. Some cupboards were also stocked with food left by others or owners I assume.
The property had everything we needed and more! When booking the property the photos showed no sign of the owners possessions! As mentioned we had two small children with us and the amount of Disney ornaments on shelves and in glass cabinet, whist charming, did cause anguish for their mother and father as they were constantly on edge in case of accident or damage - thankfully they all survived un touched but not without a lot of extra supervision. Perhaps best locked away or at the very least shown in the photographs.

The house is beautiful. There were 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids) and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the Disney touches throughout the house. Everything was nice and clean. We were super close to the parks, so that was very convenient.The grill needed a good cleaning (looked like it was used then not used for a while). Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Kids loved the game room. We had gone grocery shopping and forgot a seasoning, and we noticed there was some in the cupboard, so the keepers/owners really pay attention and think of things that us renters may not think of. There were strollers, high chairs, a wheel chair for use if needed. This house had pretty much everything. We did have one thing happen, and we contacted Rem, and he contacted us back right away. I would definitely rent this house, or from this company again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The villa was well located in a quiet neighbourhood and was extremely spacious. It was a short distance from shops and restaurants and a very short drive to the theme parks. The Villa was well furnished and cleaned to a good standard. The kitchen had modern appliances and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. The pool and spa were a good size and serviced regularly. Beds were comfortable providing a good nights sleep. Excellent Vacations were very efficient from making the reservation and providing all the information that was needed. I would highly recommend the villa and management company. (Rem at Excellent Vacations extremely efficient, professional and courteous)

The house was perfect. The hot tube was great and the home itself was very clean. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and using Excellent Vacation Homes again.

We had a great stay at this house. We bought the pool heat, which is a must, in order to have a “hot” tub. It was clean and recently had changed ownership...new furniture and rug in living room...the kitchen had plenty of things to use...beds were comfortable. The only thing missing was a grill.

The house is nicer than the pictures. They have thought of about everything. The TVs are excellent quality and resolution. They have very comfortable furniture including beds. Plenty of space for one or two families. Close to a lot of restaurants and Disney World. Quiet neighborhood. We were there over 4th of July and only heard fireworks for two nights. Inside it wasn’t very loud. The pool was a nice size. Would definitely stay again. Had a question about pool table. Rem was very helpful and responsive.

We had an great stay in this home. We were there for a little over two weeks and would absolutely stay again.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals including an air fryer which is great for quick meals or snacks when you get back late from the park. They also have things like seasonings, olive oil and other things that you might forget on vacation.
The other thing I want to mention is that Amazon Fresh delivers to this address and that is a vacay game changer! Ordering your groceries to be delivered at your convenience was my wife's favorite part, not having to grocery shop on vacation made it truly relaxing and stress free.
The garage game room was a huge hit with the kids and out there are strollers car seats, coolers and beach stuff if you take a ride to the beach while visiting.
The pool area is also well equipped with floats and toys including multiple kid float belts that was perfect for my 4 year old who isn't quite the swimmer her older siblings are.
The home is in a great location for all the stores and restaurants you could want and very close to Animal Kingdom.
The home was very clean and not cluttered with unnecessary items. When we arrived there was a shade that had fallen(those weird half moon windows that are awkward) the management company sent someone right out to fix it. Rem was very attentive to any requests or questions we had and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. Thank you and we will definitely be back! Our family of 4 adults and 4 kids had a great time!!

The house had a very good layout and was comfortable for our family. The game room was great for the kids, pool was a good size. Hot tub is only hot when you pay for it, otherwise it is a cold tub. I misunderstood that it would not be warm without paying for the pool to be heated. We have rented multiple vacation homes before and are used to differences in what is provided but this was a first. There was very little toilet paper, paper towels or dishwasher detergent, no dishwashing liquid, no soap for hand washing. There were several of these items in the house but they were labeled with “owners property, do not touch”. Overall, we would recommend for location and setup but you for sure have to pack you entire house or purchase it all when you get there.
